As a painter, I strive for a mixture of color that treats the eye and dances together. Sometimes, the pallet and even a glove can unexpectedly emerge as a piece of art. I thought I'd share a couple pictures of the glove I was wearing this morning while painting for my upcoming show. Enjoy!

"Summer Afternoon" fine art exhibit, July 11th through Labor Day,
September 1st. Reception on July 12 from 6:30-8:30pm. 68 original
paintings by 8 award-winning California landscape and still life artists will be exhibited on both floors of our gallery.

The downtown galleries and merchants are once again providing great reason to spend the evening in downtown Petaluma. The Second Friday Art Walks are in full swing. You'll find 10 locations bursting with local artists creations until 8pm tonight. In addition to fine art, you'll find complimentary music, hors-d'oevres and even a painting demo. Join in the fun!
